I'm a dancer/aerialist turned functional strength coach and I specialize working with clients who have hypermobility, it's lovely to meet you.

I began coaching strength 12 years ago when I quickly learned that lifting was the missing link to managing my hypermobility and feeling your best day in and day out.

Training with me is more than just lifting weights - it’s developing a skill set of tools (myofasical release, somatic release movements, strength training exercises), deeply learning how your body works, and building a meaningful path to a pain free life with meaning and purpose.
