and I'm a dancer/aerialist turned personal trainer! I’ve taught everything from dance to aerial to swimming and finally landed in strength training 12 years ago when I realized lifting heavy things was the missing link to feeling my best and the (no-so-secret) secret to feeling limitless during challenging activities and day-to-day to activities alike.
As a certified functional strength coach, my experience, passion, attention to detail, and personalized approach are the qualities that set me apart from others in my field.Â
