and I'm a dancer/aerialist turned personal trainer! I’ve taught everything from dance to aerial to swimming and finally landed in strength training 10 years ago when I realized lifting heavy things was the missing link to feeling my best and the (no-so-secret) secret to feeling limitless during challenging activities and day-to-day to activities alike.

As a certified functional strength coach, my experience, passion, attention to detail, and personalized approach are the qualities that set me apart from others in my field. 

Training with me is more than just lifting weights, it’s about finding the path to living a long exciting life with meaning and purpose.
